My experience was Very Very Positive. We came up with a plan before listing property. Breckin referred me to a painter that did an excellent job and gave good advice on what to keep or clean up. My septic failed inspection and Breckin referred me to a contractor who was very reasonable compared to others which was a large impact. From painters, photographers, to sewer. Breckin made an positive impact with all.
